My new thing is "light art". I basically take pictures of light and twist my camera in different directions, or do a zoom burst. Here are the ways I see Christmas. ^_^
The lights form the image of an angel. :) ^^

Wonderland
My friend is in black and white photography class and he did a photoshoot of the mad tea party in Alice in Wonderland. I was Alice. It was quite a tiring day, as we carried an entire dining room set up a muddy hill. I took some pictures with my digital camera, just for fun. Here are a couple to prove that we did, in fact, have a tea party on a hill.

Dad
Today, my dad and I attempted to take some Christmas card pictures, but, alas, I don't do a very good job at being in front of the camera. We ended up making weird faces and laughing too much. I refuse to upload any of those, but here are two of my favorite pictures of my father. They aren't edited, and I think they're quite lovely.
My Attempt with Pinhole Photography
So, my photography teacher told me to try some pinhole photography.
I may have messed up on some part of creating said "pinhole" for my digital camera, but I think I got some interesting images on my way to the city the other day with my father.
Here are some of them. (They're out of focus because I think I did it wrong...)

Headlights (digital)
On my way back from Carmel a few weeks ago, I had some fun taking pictures of car headlights with my digital camera (Canon Rebel XTi). I realized that by moving the camera, some really nifty designs would show up. I became kind of obsessed. A few of these are in color, but I later changed my camera to its black and white mode, because I had a slight epiphany and decided to use headlights for my final project in the darkroom photography class I'm in. So, once that project is done, I'll be sure to upload the pictures of that.
But for now, here's the digital versions of the headlights!

From the Darkroom
I'm in my third year of a black and white photography class. Here are some of my favorites over the years. All of these were taken, developed, and printed in a darkroom by me.
Enjoy.
Holga, 120 film
Nikkormat 35mm camera. 35mm film. (Arista ISO100, Kodak ISO400, Ilford ISO100)
*sigh* I sure am going to miss those chemicals. :) I'm onto a digital documentary photography class next semester, which I'm extremely excited for!!!!
